Check-in time is from 2.30 pm to 8 pm. Check-out time is by 10.00 am.
If you need to check in or out at a different time, we will do our best to meet your requirements. In any case, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
A form of photo ID must be shown at check-in.
For security reasons it is not possible to leave your luggage in the apartment after check-out time.
However, we do offer a luggage storage service for a small fee.
Yes, our apartments come fully equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay in Milan.
Upon your arrival you will find
sheets, towels, bathrobe, hairdryer, toilet paper, complimentary toiletries, cleaning products, a bottle of water and coffee.
You can choose from either paid, on-street parking or private garages nearby.
We can arrange a private hire car for a fee.
Just let us know, using the contact details provided. There is a surcharge for late check-in after 8pm.
Yes, from 10 am to 1 pm there is a supplement of €25.
Checkout after 1 pm can be arranged, subject to a surcharge equivalent to half the rate of the following night.
In addition to deep cleaning, which is a routine procedure, we sanitise the apartments with ozone before each new check-in. After we have sanitised them, we deliver the keys and the remote control for the apartment in disposable sterile bags.
Cancellation terms and costs vary according to the apartment rate, which you can check during the booking process. No penalties will be charged for cancellations made 14 days before check-in.
Cancellations made 13 days or less before check-in will be subject to a penalty of the full cost of the booking.
